- To organise Zoom meet-up's we require a full name and email address and a make and model of vehicle. We only use this information purely for facilitating a Zoom conference chat using the Zoom service within our Virtual Page
of the website. We do not collect any further data regarding this service, other than what is mentioned. Again we take No Responsibility for Zoom own collection of data, we advise you to make your own informed decision via the information on their website on the links provided.

- We also receive information from EventBrite. This information is only used to organise the Electric Vehicles Festival successfully. The information provided includes Full Name, Email Address, Vehicle Make & Model and whether Adults or Children are attending the Festival. This is purely used for organisation and implementation of the Electric Vehicles Festival. With Vehicle details being used for the displaying of Electric Vehicles at the Festival. All information is used with the strictest of confidence.

Survey Hero
to do our Surveys for our award trophies. They do not supply ourselves any personal data about yourself apart from your preferences within the survey (Your answers to the questions). We receive no names and email addresses or any sensitive or personal material. Survey Hero supply us some analytics limited to the questions you have answered during the survey, which enables us to use this information given from your answers to award any trophies and also provide vehicle recommendations to those looking at getting electric car. Purely only using the answers you have given.
- The information from these surveys are the opinion of vehicle owners and does not represent the views of the Electric Vehicles Festival or any other third parties. The information should only be used as a help to your own research carried out, and should not be taken as the only source of information when making a decision to buy a new vehicle. These are purely other owners experiences and may not represent how you may feel about a vehicle yourself, purchasing a vehicle is a personal decision.
